At Becs & Reese Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
• Items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Tags must still be attached.
  • Packaged securely to avoid damage during return shipping.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions

• Certain items, such as personalized or clearance items, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description before purchasing.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at becsreese24@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you’d like to return.
2. We’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
